Shivani has overcome many obstacles to achieve her vision including racisimn, abuse and bullying in the workplace.
Shivani was born in India and grew up in Australia. She is a qualified engineer, has an MBA, worked as a senior manager for BHP Billiton before a life-changing trip to Nepal in 2001. After this transformational trip, she left the corporate world to start her own business to help others become better leaders at work and home.
The business is now in the 8th year, Shivani has worked with over 100 companies in Australia and overseas including 6 of Australia's Top 10. She has won many awards including Telstra Business Woman of the Year, is an honorary member of Golden Key which has other honorary members such as Bill Clinton and Ian Thorpe.
She is an international speaker, sought out Executive coach and an author of 3 books. She is also a Fairfax columnist and speaker on radio.
Shivani is married to Scott and is mum to Shanti (1 year old) and to her two stepkids Sebastian (15 yrs) and Oliver (12 yrs).
