What is coaching by Shivani?
Coaching is a tailored conversation where you work on yourself to empower your life which makes you a better leader, parent and person. As a result of the coaching, you will think differently and behave differently.
Why do I need coaching?
Everyone needs a coach - a team leader, manager and CEO. My role as your coach is to inspire challenge and transform your thinking. I have worked with several different coaches in the last 10 years.
How much commitment do I need to make?
To make behavioural changes, you need to commit for 6 months where there is a session approx. every 4 weeks.

I get confused between coaching, mentoring and therapy?
There is much confusion about coaching. Coaching is more than a trendy word. Therapy and counselling deal with healing pain, and dysfunction within the individual. Mentoring relies on one person sharing their experience and advice with another. The coach is to ask you a series of questions and guide you to achieve clarity.
Coaching can cover many things including past history, skills and abilities, behaviour, beliefs and values.

What about confidentiality if my company is paying?
You are the client and all our sessions are confidential. If there is anything I believe will benefit you i.e. discuss a career opportunity with your manager, I will seek your permission first.
